PostSubject: Filter request IMDB rating and directory   Wed Sep 16, 2009 3:01 am

hi

some other ideas

1 IMDB rating filter i think this has been discussed before.

2 filter directories. IE if you only want to display content in directory 1 and 4
real life example i have 4 xbmc units 2 for kids and 1 adults and one teen
i have movies for kids in one directory and adults in another and mc lists all
it would be great to filter only one of the directories to check content.

1) The movies can be sorted by rating, and a filter is available for top250, but I suppose an additional ratings filter would not be out of the question, its not a priority though.

2) MC gen1 used profiles to achive this, it was just a case of setting up a profile, each of which has their own config, including folders. A drop down menu was used to switch between them. This worked well and it will be one of the things added to gen2 as time allows(TV Shows come first).
