What show are you attempting to get art for,

Also, looking at the image you posted, you need to select the poster you wish to scrape from the combobox, in that image it is blank, which should not happen.

I didn't want poster I wanted banners thats why I unchecked it. allshows with missing banners about 50 in total

I'm talking about the combobox

In your pic its blank, it is used to select the poster you wish to scrape,

Main Poster
Season 1
Season 2
Specials
etc.

you mean the 'select working thumbnail' box. its empty as nothing shows up in it to click,

Yep select working Thumbnail should have Main Poster, Season 01 etc, or Season all in it.

Maybe try upgrading to version 3.244. Mite fix that problem 4 u. Smile

Also,

Use the TV Shows menu to 'Rebuild TV Shows', The problem may be related to bad data in the cache.
