I need to have the format .fanart.jpg and .jpg not -fanart as I want to use them with PCH-C200.

Is there an option to change it? I was not able to find it.

There is not option at the moment, the format that we use is defined by the way XBMC wants the information named.

You could rename them using a rename program, however that will break MC being able to display them.

Becuase MC has just gone open source, at the moment the developers are working on bug fixes. We will be looking at new functionality latter on. If you like you can follow our progress here...
