Fanart problems in v2.064

Few problems in v2.064

- Like in previous version, if there is was no fanart and you select fanart in the fanart browser you get an error that the fanart couldn't be saved, but it is saved

- The fanart is still saved under
moviename (year) cd1-fanart.jpg instead of moviename (year)-fanart.jpg

- The fanart is saved in all lowercase (no real problem).

I'm not sure what is causing the error message, it is part of the try,catch when downloading the fanart. I'll make the error message more specific for the next version.

As for the other fanart naming, it will save correctly if the fanart already exists and you are just replacing it. The menu option to scan all movies for fanart will likely have the same issues, i'll fix it in over the next few days.

The precise error is "unable to Download Fanart", but it is downloaded. The program is run in Windows XP, not yet tested in Vista.

Other small thing, the program icon isn't added in the main window.
