create bmp fanart

I have no idea how you could pull this off but I'll throw it out there anyway.

I know that the Aeon skin (at least) runs much smoother after you convert all the fanart to an uncompressed bmp file. It would be nice to have a way to convert jpg fanart that has been scraped to bmp files from within media companion without having to turn to a seperate program to batch convert everything.

Getting movie functionality restored and adding tv show handling is a priority at the moment.
