Hey, I'm having a problem with Season 3 of Chuck basically it will not scrape. I get the error:

Could not locate this episode on TVDB, or TVDB may be unavailable

It has been doing this for a few weeks now. I am running version 3.198. My episodes are named :

chuck.S03E01
chuck.S03E02 etc.

Is this possibly a TVDB error should I be bothering them?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I updated my shows today and part of these were chuck. I have the same naming as what you submitted (or very similar). I do have an entry for Chuck in my database with the TVDB code. You may want to make an entry in there manually.

P.S. I tested this again just before posting to be sure...scrapping fine.

TVDB is down at the moment, scraping tv shows and episodes will not be possible until it comes back online.

These outages only usually last a few days so it is just a case of waiting and being patient.

I figured out what the issue was. It was a messed up tvshow.nfo I just deleted it and did the whole TV Show Selector thing again.
