| It would be nice if you could make something to the show in the show list so you could see if the locked or not so you don't need to go to each one to see if it locket or not | |

| Good idea like perhaps changing the color or adding (locked) after the title | |

| Something small on the left side of the title (red ball icon) to indicate locked would be an idea. Out of the way and not too noticable. | |

| Whatever feature is used...perhaps a 'Show Locked' toggle from the context menu would help for people that don't need to see it. Then you could either show the icon or bold to view the locked shows - and then remove it when your completed with your locking task. Just firing ideas | |

| I also like this idea, can't seem to get it to work though. It seems like the padlock image is either applied to all of the nodes, or none.
I'll have another look when i'm in a better frame of mind.

| I guess this is still a work in progress in 3.175. Just wanted to bump this thread as i'm sure people will post in the error section regarding the padlock that is visible on all shows wether they are locked or not. | |

To be honest it was my intention to remove the graphic until I could figure it out, but I forgot. I'm not sure what my difficulty was, all looks so simple now. It is working properly from the next build. Only the root TV Show is marked with a padlock, or not depending on the locked status.

| Rather than unlocking each one individually, here's a very quick work-around. Close Media Companion. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\XBMC Media Companion\Settings. Open tvcache.xml with notepad. Cntrl + H (replace) Replace <locked>true</locked> With <locked>false</locked> Save the file. Close it. Open Media Companion.... | |

| At the moment the locking works for an entire TV series only, so you cannot just lock season 1 - 4 for example and leave season 5 open | |
