saving as jpeg instead of tbn

Is there a way to save files like posters and screenshots as jpeg instead of tbn?

For movies go to movie preferences and select create folder.jpg for each folder. Assuming your movies are in individual folders.

If all movies in same folder then the only thing i can think of is using a freeware bulk file renamer to change file type to jpg.

Tv programs already have folder.jpgs. As for screenshots guess the above option would be best for that to.

What are you wanting to change them into jpg for out of curiosity?

thanks for the reply. i already use bulk rename to change them into jpg i just thought maybe there would be a way for media companion to recognize the jpgs instead of the tbn so media companion didn't think i was missing all the screenshots and what not. oh well, still love the program.

and i use the jpgs for use on the xbox 360 since my original xbox doesn't work right.

I too would prefer not to have TBN particularly if these really are only renamed JPG as Windows natively handles them and I don't use XBMC, I do not want to use folder options but it would be greate if MC could scrape to JPG (as option) and otherwise look for .TBN / .JPG when looking for image.

What about for TV shows?
I would prefer to have the season tbn's save as folder.jpg within each season's folder.....
