Error when changing TV Show season Poster

Hey there,

First up, thanks so much for Media Companion, it's a fantastic program!

However, I encounter a bug when trying to switch the Poster of a TV show season. If I try to click the button to choose a season, I get this error message -

If I continue I can choose a new poster, but if I try to save it, I get this error message -



I am not sure if this is a bug, or something in my system that is causing the problem. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.
