Can someone help me out please? I can't remember how to delete duplicate movies. Can someone point me in the right direction please?

The first thing to try is a movie rebuild. It will then search your folders for each nfo file & use that information to repopulate the list. If you have duplicate nfos however it will bring in both so be sure that you don't actually have duplicate movies.
