Genre field not populated for any of my movies following scrape

Preface: I'm new to this program. Sorry if this is a repeat, a quick search didn't yield anything helpful.

The program did a great job pulling the art and actors, but did not populate any other fields such as genre/director/outline/plot/tagline....
How do I fix?

If you have a particular movie that needs the information updated, choose the Rescrape Movie from the tabs.

If all of your movies need updating then use the Batch Update Wizard, under the movies menu.

Thanks for the reply, but this did not resolve my problem.
Example title: "Aladdin (1992)" --> Shows up correctly under 'IMDB' tab
Under Main browser, the only field populated that is runtime and actors. [edit] Poster and fanart also shows up...
>> Rescraping movie does not change this

I'm running Ver 3.296 on Win7 64bit.

Any ideas?

I tried Aladdin (1992) today, it worked OK for me. Genre: Animation / Adventure / Family / Fantasy / Musical / Romance

Just check your Movie preferences I'm using www.imdb.com for my mirror & make sure that "Limit Number Of Genres to scrape from IMDB" is set appropriately.

I uninstalled v3.296 and installed v3.400 and followed the first advice: "batch movie rescape wizard", and this resolved the issue. From what I can tell, all movies that were previously just art & actors have all fields populated.

Choose a theme, it are generally nautical, flower based hippie topic or even a tropical one.
