tv episode batch wizard deletes runtime.

i ran the tv episode batch wizard to scrape the runtimes of all my episodes and when it finished, i check the .nfo's and the <runtime> was blank. even the ones that i know had a runtime tag. then i scraped a single episode with the update button and it got the runtime. so there must be a bug with the episode batch wizard.

also, if you manual edit an episode, the runtime disappears from the nfo.
