MC not scrapping fanart

Hello, I'm a newbie regarding MC. I just finished running MC on my movie collection, and everything seems to work okay, but it doesn't seem to download any fanart, or create any fanart files in the movie subdirectories. I've tried it multiple ways, made sure that I had the "During autoscrape, Download Fanart for Movies" ticked off, but I still don't get any fanart. Is there something I'm missing, or is this a known problem?
