Thumbnails

Often I create my own thumbnails using FrameShots as either I do not like the thumbnails that get downloaded or the show I am updating does not have any thumbnails to download. Would it be possible to build the facility of FrameShots into Median Companion. I capture my thumbs use a batch capture at 400*300 at the 10000 frame which is normally about 16 mins into a show.

If not possible then others may be interested in Frameshots for themselves to do decent thumbnails or maybe someone knows of a better program?

I have thought about doing something similar using "ffmpeg" which I know is capable of capturing frames. If someone knows the command line that would achieve a frameshot then please let me know.
