Clean Database

When I finish watching an episode of a TV Show in XBMC, I sometimes delete it from the library. It will then ask if I also want to delete the video file, which I do. However, Media Companion still picks up the nfo (which was not deleted by XBMC) and displays it as if the episode is still present.

I would like to see Media Companion either have a Clean Database tool which scans for nfos and tbns with no accompanying movie file and deletes them, or do this automatically as part of the Media Search. Otherwise, I have to go through the folders and manually delete them on my computer, which I am far to lazy to enjoy doing.
