DUPLICATE OR UNWANTED MOVIE INFO

I have some duplicate and incorrect titles showing in the left title pane, i can i delete these permanently ? Also have to mention the fantastic work that has been done by the creator. I had downloaded and installed another program but once i had MC installed and saw had great it worked i soon removed it - Well done
