I just came across this program exploring the Popcorn Hour site and it looks like it will greatly aide me in my organization if I can just get it working.
I'm using Vista 32. I downloaded the rar, extracted it to a folder on my desktop and ran the executable. I get the title popup, then suddenly Vista tells me that "XBMC Media Companion has stopped working".
I checked the forums and reinstalled .net 3.5 with sp1; same problem.
I noticed that I was using the rar from the website which was an older version, so I changed to the newer 2.291; same problem.
I viewed the even viewer and this is what it tells me:

Unfortunately, i'm not tech-savy enough to be able to make much out of what that error report says, so I'm hoping one of you kind folks could give me some pointers on what to do or where to look.
As I mentioned earlier, from the screenshots and features list, it looks like this program will be a great way to organize my collection (especially when my Popcorn Hour gets here in a couple of weeks).
Thanks in advance!
