PostSubject: Can't find my movies. I'm stumped.   Can't find my movies. I'm stumped. Icon_minitimeFri Nov 13, 2009 7:15 pm

I was having a problem with the scraper using an older version of MC (I'm assuming this was due to the IMDB issue).

I upgraded to 3.154, and now MC won't find my movies. I'm sure I have something set incorrectly. But, I can't figure out what.
It doesn't seem to be finding my .vob files. As shown below, there are only 2 movies in the movie folder (I rip them, scrape them, then put them on my server)

Any ideas?

Code:

To be honest, I have no idea what is causing your problem, i've just tested this and it appears to be working fine.

What build of MC were you using previously, depending on the age - you may need to delete your config and start from scratch.

For dvd folders MC looks for the VIDEO.IFO file. It will also add vob files, but only if VIDEO_TS.IFO does not exist, check that the VIDEO_TS.IFO file actually exists in those folders.

ya. I grabbed the new imdb.dll.

And yeah. The folders have .ifo files.

I've deleted the contents of the old install folder, and put only the new files in, re-set the settings, and still get the same results.

Ahhhh. Found it.

When I had scanned these movies with the old install, MC created an NFO file in each movie folder.

Once I deleted these files, the new MC found the movies.

Thanks a lot.
