How to use TV Scraper Empty
PostSubject: How to use TV Scraper   How to use TV Scraper Icon_minitimeWed Nov 18, 2009 9:02 pm

Hello I am new to Media companion. I am having trouble with my tv shows. Her is how mine are setup. \\Tower\t.v. shows\SMALLVILLE\Season 01 then the file name is SMALLVILLE_S01E01_PILOT.iso. If I scrape this it finds the main smallville folder and puts a banner there but will not show any information for the individual episodes. In the options I chose add root-folder is this correct. Or is there a different problem. Any help would be appreciated. I am using Media Companion 3.148.

Currently TVDB is down which is most likely the cause of your problem. It is also best to upgrade to the most current build which is 3.154. Theres probably going to be at least a 12hr wait for tvdb to be back up as they have just run into another problem and have ahd to start the regen of the site again.

We a re waiting for the series to update here to get from 17000 down to zero.
