How to add Surf Movies Empty

This actually applies to any movie that you know can't be scraped from the regular places.

How do you manually add a movie to the database, creating all the info and nfo through Media Companion?

i.e. Select movie from file that hasn't been scraped into Media Companion -> Manually add movie title and nfo info -> save with poster and fanart....
