3.237 - Getting prompted to Save changes - but I haven't changed anything

Repro
1. From main MC screen click on "General Preferences" button
2. Do absolutely nothing in Preferences screen
3. Click "Movies"
4. Dialog generated:

and yet I've done nothing.

This only seems to occur once per MC session, irrespective of whether you choose Yes or No on the Save Changes dialog.

Oh, and technically the last line of the Save changes dialog should have a Question Mark at the end, i.e.
