v3.293 Renaming of 'missing' TV Episodes results in messagebox hang

A couple of things.....

If you right click on an episode you can rename it individually however the popup refers to renaming the whole season. Also selecting a TVShow & renaming also mentions that you will be renaming the season.

Second, renaming of missing episodes is enabled causing the renaming episodes messagebox to hang.

Addressed both of these issues for the next build.

Additionally, when a selected episode was renamed, the filename field on the form was not updated, this has also been fixed.
