MC creating multilple AVI files

Hi,

Im new to MC and trying to get it to work. I downloaded the lastest version from these forums.
So far with reasonable success. The issue I have now is that MC is creating a duplicate (empty) file for each movie.
eg.

Batman.DVDRIP\movie1.avi

after scraping I will have

Batman.DVDRIP\movie1.avi
Batman.DVDRIP\movie1.nfo
Batman.DVDRIP\Batman.DVDRIP.avi
Batman.DVDRIP\Batman.DVDRIP.nfo


Why is is creating extra (empty) movie files with the same name as the folder?

Just to clarify. I have 'Use folder names for scraping' selected. There are no other files in the folder and no other media programs interfering.
