TV Show not shown from added Root directory

Hey guys/Girls,
I have a problem that Im hoping hasnt been asked and can be answered. I apologise if this has been asked before but Im struggling to find answers on the all powerful Google. I have added a folder (\TV Shows) to the TV Shows tab in Media Companion, I have several folders within this folder that holds TV series that dont appear within Media Companion. These shows are all BBC specials that they have shown (eg. Ocean Giants). Media Companions shows all my other shows but these ones. I have tried adding the folder manually and yet it still doesnt show the folders or shows within Media Companion.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
