Duplicates .nfo created by audio tracks being scraped.

How do I avoid having duplicate movies created? On certain the movies Media Companion scrapes both the .mp4 & the additional audio tracks in a sub folder. I'm having to remove these duplicate .nfo's each time i re-scape my movies folder.
