Cannot scrape English Titles Only Empty

I have tried everything with this but it still scrapes the original title.

My preferences are set to imdb.com, ukimdb, usimdb.

If i have the movie browser open and click the imdb link i get the english title but not during scrapes!

is there a config file i ca adjust?

(the command line feature is superb)
