Hello, all. I'm having a problem scraping for TV show information. I've seen people with similar problems...but none of the solutions that have been mentioned seem to work for me...and I haven't seen any posts with the exact error message that I'm getting. So, I hope I'm not duplicating a post, and if I am, I'm sorry.
I've pointed Media Companion at the folder with my TV Shows. Each TV show has a folder and [for the most part] each show folder has season folders with episodes inside. [I should mention that I'm using this in conjunction with XBMC. This naming convention works with XBMC; I'm just trying to perform the scraping outside of XBMC.]
I ran the TV show scraper and it found all the shows, but no episodes. After reading some posts here, I tried downloading a newer version of the software. So now I'm running MC 2.209. I ran 'Scan for New TV Shows' and the dialog that came up after it finished looked like this:

...and that 'Found for TV Show' bit continued on for each episode. I have a rather complex filesystem setup going on here...but the program does have write access to the folders. [It created the tvshow.nfo files and such.] I initially thought that was the problem, but this error message has me confused. I'm hoping something here will make sense to someone and they can help me.
By the way, I'm loving the program...I can't wait to fix this issue of mine; I'm very excited to use it. Thanks for all your hard work.
Let me know if you need anything else.
Sincerely,
Christopher David YUDICHAK
