Rename TV shows - rename all files with same name

Hi,
the new "Rename TV Shows" is great, but could be even greater.

I think it would better to ignore filetype, when renameing the files. Subtitles and other files with the same name as the video file should be renamed as well I think.

I'll look into it, needs to work on some kind of wildcard search eg "filename.*" and I'm not certain how that would work, but i'll look into it.

Implemented for the next build, i'll upload later today.
