3.139 - Change Movie Error

Steps taken prior to exception error:

Install fresh copy of 3.139
Setup preferences and folders
Rebuild Movie - ran properly
Rebuild TV - ran properly
Incorrect movie was scraped - used Rescrape Movie (to get same wrong info again) - ran properly
Used Change Movie to edit bad scrape
Browser opened and edit movie title to search for
Ran search, selected proper title, hit Go
Go the following error:

From 3.142 the exception is caught and a logfile created, could you download the new build and post details of the log to help me track the issue.
