Option to list Episodes without an episode thumb

Or maybe an option the rescrape for missing episode thumbs.

(Like list movies without fanart or poster)

Sometimes thetvdb.com does not have an episode thumb up yet and I forget to go back and get them.

At the moment i'm concentrating on working out the kinks in the current functions.

But this feature is something that will be added in the near future.
