MC 3.182 choking on XML with no special chars.

Here is another one where I cannot see anything wrong with the XML, but 3.182 is choking on it.

This is a hand-crafted tvshow.nfo file for a show that is not indexed by IMDB or TVDB.

Can you spot any reason why MC chokes on this?

The correct syntax would be "America&apos;s"

And the easiest way to validate that the XML is faulty is to copy/past to "test.xml" and open it in explorer which says:
