Misc issues & crashes with 3.106 Empty

Thanks for the new version Billy! For the most part it's working ok for me, but I'm having a few issues.

1 - When first launching the program, once the main screen opens if I try to drag the window across the screen I get an Unhandled Exception. I can click on 'Continue' and still use the program. Here are the details from the crash box:

Code:
See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

2 - I went in and added my TV folders and it looks like all the shows were picked up, however several episodes that I have added since last using Gen 2 have empty .nfo files and don't show in the episode listing. I've noticed in all the cases where this is happening there is some junk before the <?xml..... > in the .nfo files. I am specifically seeing this with the latest Season 5 episodes of Ghost Hunters and all episodes of Destination Truth. It doesn't seem to like that show at all. I can manually select the show but that's about as far as it goes.

Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?>

Looking good otherwise though! I really like the tree view for TV shows. Keep up the excellent work!!
