V3.293: Missing episodes function, "inserted" season highlighting

Hi,

I'm more interested in missing episodes of seasons I have than all possible episodes in existance. Preferably there would be an option to not look for missing seasons or at least not display them.

If there are to be displayed then I think that if a season has NO episodes at all then the season node should be "blue" just like the missing episodes. Currently there is no way of telling them apart.
