Duplicate Movie Empty

One movie keeps showing up twice in the Main Browser. I have one folder for this movie, with one VIDEO_TS folder under it and all the files within it. I have tried deleting the .nfo files, and I have tried rebuilding the library, but it keeps showing up twice.

Also, How do I remove a movie from the listing in the main browser. I deleted the folder form my hard drive and but the movie still shows up in the main browser even after I scrape again.

Any suggestions?
