Search for missing episode thumbs

A option to scrape all episode thumbs that aren't downloaded yet (where not available the previous scrape)

A lot of the time there are no thumbs available when I scan (admittedly I get most shows as soon as they're released) but a 'Scan all TV Shows for Thumbs' option would be greatly appreciated.

It's the only feature missing for me now.

It should also do similar for blank .nfo entries (when you rescan).
