add actors/directors thumbs from local folder

I dont like the Pictures from actors or directors found (if he finds any at all) by the scraper.
So i made a local folder Actors where i add a pictore from the actor named actorsname.jpg
What i would like to see would be the possibility to pick up that picture from inside mediacompanion or better even let it scan there,
so far i have to add the picture by hand into the .info while which let it be seen in xbmc, but doesnt show up in mediacompanion.
