v2.102 bugs

Hi,

First off - as an XBMC user for the past 5 years, this is a truely great tool!

now, after testing v2.102, i have the following bugs to report:

1. when scanning multi-part videos (in -CD1 etc. format) the .tbn and -fanart.jpg are created with the right name but for some reason they are created with all lower case letters;

2. as above, when scanning multi-part videos, the .nfo files are not created in the standard XBMC format (MovieName.nfo) but rather as MovieName-CD1.nfo format despite the fact i chose the "XBMC compliant" mode;
