Some assorted feature requests

Here are some feature requests that I would like to see added to the TV section (which may have been asked for before or even in the current roadmap):

1. Add missing episode thumbnails command
2. Add missing season thumbnails command
3. Auto file renamer with similar functionallity to EpNamer (http://www.epnamer.com/)
