V1.911 - TV Show default selection

There is two parts to this request, first a bug & then a request.....

Bug...
I have the following TV Shows listed alphabetically (thanks for this bit)....
Arrested Development
Battlestar Galactica
Battlestar Galactica (2003)
Black Adder
etc...etc...

When ever I start the program it selects Black Adder which is the first TV program folder I've loaded in the preferences, but it is not the first TV program alphabetically in the list. I suggest two options....

1. Always select the 1st in the list when refreshing the list OR
2. Remember the last selected & choose that again (or the next in line if deleted)....this will help stop the need to scroll down a long list if editing TV shows. Also with this option the 1st in line should be chossen on start up.


And... the request....

Alphabetical sorting "like the xbox", by disregarding the word "The". i.e. The Golden Girls, The Simpsons....

PS. I forgot about part three.... in the preferences it is still greyed out as to a choice of starting with Movies, TV or last....is this on the cards for inclusion?
